Hi, I’mJennaGaff

Jenna studied Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh before spending a decade working on on things that push physical limits — from defence systems at MBDA to the British Land Speed Record with Bloodhound LSR. Frustrated with the pace of hardware R&D, she transisitioned to working with charities and non-profits, bringing critical fundraising efforts online during covid. As a result, Jenna speaks hardware X software and has been helping clients achieve ambitious technical goals with PA Consulting and most recently with McKinsey & Company in the Middle East.
— Four ways to engage.
Most companies run innovation on the side. A siloed project, team or department that is ‘an investment.’
An expensive skunkworks.
An overrunning novel systems team.
A dedicated future programme.
That model is dead.
To be truly innovative is to adopt an experimental bias as a way of operating. It runs through the veins of the business and it feeds the bottom line from the get-go.
Red Pen Labs makes doubling down on innovating with AI a reality, even more so at the toughest of times.
